I2BF Global Ventures, Yellow Rocks, Ruvento VenturesIn venture, a rejection closes the door for years. We make sure you only walk in once.
We build the financial model, deck, and data room that survive due diligence. Then we open the doors. In that order.

A “no” rarely means
“not interested.”
It means
they found
a vulnerability.
The financial model breaks on
the first hard question. The pitch doesn’t make it clear what the product is
and how the business makes money. The data room can’t prove the company is legally clean:
no sanctions exposure, no encumbrances, clear ownership.
Asset
We build the asset
that closes
every vulnerability.
The three places a partner finds a vulnerability are the three things we build. Each one is checked against the questions you will actually get.
A model that passes
the stress test
the stress test
A model a partner can push on and not break: every assumption has a source, the unit economics hold when the inputs change, and the numbers reconcile across every sheet.
- Assumptions register
- Revenue build: cohorts, pricing, churn
- Cost build and headcount plan
- Unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback
- P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
- Scenarios and sensitivity
- Funding need and runway
- Cap table and dilution
A pitch a partner
can retell without you
can retell without you
A deck a partner can follow without you in the room: what the product is, who pays for it, how the business makes money and why the timing works. Each slide answers the question the previous one raises.

A data room
that signals “ready”
that signals “ready”
Every document a partner will ask for, filed where they expect to find it. It shows the company is clean: ownership, contracts, IP and finances in order, with nothing left to explain.
- Corporate and legal
- Financials and historicals
- Commercial: pipeline and contracts
- Product and IP
- Team and HR
- Process: NDA, Q&A and access logs
This is the asset.
The raise
comes after it.
The funds we work with
Where we take you once the asset is ready. Never before it: an unprepared intro is how founders burn the funds they will need later.

Questions
Why a fixed fee and not just a percentage?
The fixed fee pays for the work of building the asset: the model, the deck and the data room. They stay yours whether or not we raise together. The success fee is a percentage of the round, so we are paid for the raise only when it happens.
What if I just need intros?
An intro without preparation is a first impression you don’t get back: the fund remembers the vulnerability, not the company. That is why we don’t take anyone to investors before the package is ready.
